Collaborated with agency partners on national integrated campaigns for American Family Insurance, bringing user journeys to life and ensuring a smooth transition from one channel to the next, resulting in a 2% lift in unaided brand awareness.
Launched the Kaufman Institute, responsible for leading creative in everything from messaging development and style guide creation to final creative for site, social, display and CRM.
